2010 TAPP (Technical Assistance by Programs for Programs) Retreat

The 2010 TAPP will enable participating organizations to receive individual capacity building assessment and subsequent services in the areas of:
We invite you to join us for 2.5 days of focused investment in your program or agency. Participants will work in small groups with a personal mentor to identify areas where growth is needed and develop plans for permanent capacity-building. Youth and families face new challenges every day and our organizations must constantly adapt and grow to be up to the task of standing with them. This focused and facilitated process will help you build a blueprint for things like preparing for accreditation, diversifying your funding sources, or building new expertise in areas like Human Trafficking Intervention. If you identify a challenge; we can help you triumph over it. In addition, SENetwork will provide the usual value-adds such as:

SENetworking - The ability to network with other attendees and staff so as to gain different perspectives and insight on topics of interest.

SEKnowledge - The 33 years of experience from our network can provide a great resource of knowledge, idea exchange, and synergy building.
