SENetwork of Youth and Family Services presents the SENergy Project which is designed to maximize the impact of faith based and community based organizations in Lee County, Florida, through intensive capacity building assistance. Over the last 32 years, SENetwork, a national association of member agencies, has provided Training and Technical Assistance that supports critical services for youth & families in high risk situations. The mission of SENetwork is “Strengthening organizations as they strengthen youth, families & communities”. The SENetwork main office is in Bonita Springs, Lee County, FL, with additional offices in Tallahassee, FL, Birmingham, AL and Knoxville, TN.  

The goal of the SENergy Project is to maximize the social impact of grassroots faith-based and community based organizations in Lee Co., FL as they provide services to low/no-income populations represented in the following social service priority areas:

• low-income individuals seeking to gain greater access to State and Federal benefits and tax credits;
• low-income individuals seeking to secure and retain employment, earn higher wages, and obtain better-quality jobs;
• low-income individuals and families in need of financial education, credit counseling, and access to individual development accounts and other asset building strategies;
• the homeless;
• elders in need;
• at-risk youth, including Native American youth; and
• families in transition from welfare to work.
